A monthly visual record of a concrete build.
CDM Drones partnered with Club Sapphire Merimbula to deliver scheduled monthly documentation of their new concrete building development: a time-aligned aerial archive that stakeholders could rely on without setting foot on site.

The client needed a reliable, time-aligned visual record of the build that could be shared with stakeholders without site visits or interruption to construction. Imagery had to be consistent enough month-to-month for direct comparison.
Monthly flights were planned to repeat the same angles, altitude, and capture window. Using the DJI P1 on the M400 RTK, each set of images was aligned to previous captures for accurate side-by-side comparison. Capture windows were timed to avoid harsh shadows and active site work.
A consistent monthly archive that allowed stakeholders to track milestones, monitor structural development, and maintain visibility across the project without constant on-site presence. The time-stamped record supports project reporting and creates a permanent visual history of the build.
Captured to the same frame, month after month.
Each capture is aligned to previous flights: same altitude, same angle, same window of day, making side-by-side comparison fast and reliable.
